Make sure to open your mouth during the entire procedure to facilitate breathing. Ear care. For ear infection or even for cleansing, mix five to ten drops of GSE into an ounce of alcohol or glycerine. Using a dropper, apply one to two drops into the infected ear twice a day. Do this until the infection is gone.
Vaginal care. In five to eight ounces of distilled water, mix five to ten drops of GSE and use it for douching. Use daily and as often as desired.
Dilute 20-30 drops of GSE in a bottle mixed with water and voila, you have your own homemade all-natural, all-purpose cleaner. You can use the solution to clean the bathroom, toilet, kitchen sink, utensils and dirty surfaces. It can also be a cleansing agent that washes away pesticides and pathogens present in newly bought fruits and vegetables. It is very effective in cleaning away harmful bacteria and microorganisms that lives on the surface of raw food. In a sink with water, add at least thirty drops of GSE and soak the food briefly.
Cutting board cleanser. Sometimes, it’s hard to determine if you have really gotten rid of the tiny bits of food clinging on the surface of your chopping board. All-around cleaning agent. In a pump sprayer, mix 40 to 60 drops of GSE with cleanser or water. You can use this solution for all surfaces inside the house.
