Using pads during my period worsened the skin irritation. It was so painful I couldn't sit, sleep, or walk and the itching caused bleeding in my tender areas. Out of desperation I coated the inflamed bleeding area of skin with Virgin Coconut Oil and GSE and felt immediate relief so I coated a tampon with Virgin Coconut Oil and added 4 drops of GSE on the end of the tampon then inserted it into my vagina. Within the hour my flaming internal burning ceased and within 8 hours I was feeling normal. I removed the old and inserted a new treated tampon every 8 hours for 3 days. The burning and itching ceased and did not return and has not returned.
