If you are on a drug like Lipitor, then grapefruit juice/pulp/extract will lessen the effects of the drug but in no way is it 'harmful' to the heart. Twelve hours after the onset, there were no symptoms whatsoever, and it almost seemed like I must have had a nightmare, because I had returned to normal bladder conditions. I have continued the 3x a day regimen today and will do so for a few more days, but cannot believe the success I had from the GSE.
